Jobseeker Dashboard Data: If you register a Jobseeker Dashboard, we collect contact details (name, email, and phone number), your CV/resume (if uploaded), work history, job alert preference information, and professional profile provided voluntarily within the "My Profile" section of your dashboard.

Advertiser Dashboard Data: If you register an Advertiser Dashboard, we collect company information, business registration details, and contact information (email and phone). This includes data related to sub-organisations and additional team users, as well as the content of your job advertisements and company logo/header, if uploaded.

Technical Data: To ensure platform security and functionality, we automatically collect technical information, including IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and data gathered through cookies.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

3. Overseas Data Transfers and Disclosures

To provide Medical Jobs advertiser and jobseeker services globally, we may share, store, and process your information with Medical Jobs related advertisers and service providers outside of your country of residence.

United States: Our primary data servers are located in the United States. By using our platform, you acknowledge that your personal information will be maintained on servers located in the US.

United Kingdom and Australia (Administration): Our central administration and corporate operations operate from the United Kingdom and Australia. Data may be accessed by our UK and Australian-based team for maintenance, support, and business operations.

We retain your information only as long as your account is active. If an account remains inactive for 24 months, we reserve the right to anonymise or delete the data with or without notice.
