Welcome to Medical Jobs.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of the services provided by Medical Jobs Limited across our online job site platforms: MedicalJobsAustralia.com, MedicalJobsNZ.com, MedicalJobsUK.com, MedicalJobsAmerica.com, and MedicalJobsInternational.com (collectively, "our Platforms").
By accessing or using our Platforms, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Medical Jobs Limited.
1. Eligibility and Registration
Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platforms.
Jobseeker and Advertiser Dashboards: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jobseeker or advertiser dashboard login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Global Access: As our Platforms are accessible globally, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the local laws of your jurisdiction.
2. User Roles and Responsibilities
For Jobseekers (Candidates)
My Profile & CV/resume Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information contained within your "My Profile" section including your CV/resume upload. Medical Jobs Limited does not verify the content of user-uploaded documents and disclaims all liability for any false, misleading, or inaccurate information provided by Jobseekers.
Jobseeker Licensing & Profile Visibility
Talent Search Licensing: By enabling the setting "Potential employers can view my profile and CV," you grant Medical Jobs Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your profile content and uploaded documents to registered advertisers within our advertiser dashboard Talent Search database.
Privacy Control: If this setting is disabled, your profile remains private and will not appear in search results for advertisers. In this instance, your personal data and CV/resume are only disclosed to specific advertisers (employers) to whom you explicitly submit a job application.
Revocation: You may update your visibility settings or withdraw this license at any time via your Jobseeker Dashboard; however, please note that employers who have already downloaded or saved your CV/resume while the setting was enabled may still retain a copy in accordance with their own data retention policies.
No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes
Service Limitation: Medical Jobs Limited provides the Platform as a digital venue for connecting jobseekers with advertisers (employers). We do not guarantee that your use of the Platforms will result in job interviews, employment offers, or any specific career outcome.
Direct Follow-up: Medical Jobs Limited and our Platforms do not participate in the selection, interviewing, or hiring process. To follow up on a specific application or to obtain feedback, Jobseekers must contact the relevant advertiser (employer) directly using the contact details provided in the job listing or their internal communication.
Third-Party Advertiser (Employer) Actions: We are not responsible for the recruitment decisions, acts, or omissions of any advertiser (employer) using our Platforms.
For Employers (Job Advertisers)
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable labour, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws (including, to the extent applicable, the UK GDPR and/or local equivalents) in the jurisdictions where you are hiring.
Jobseeker Data Use & Compliance (Job Advertisers)
Purpose Limitation: Advertisers (Employers) agree to access and use Jobseeker personal data (including CVs/Resumes and contact information) strictly and solely for the purpose of recruitment for the specific role advertised on our Platforms.
Prohibited Uses: You are expressly prohibited from selling, renting, or trading Jobseeker data to any third party. Furthermore, you must not use this data for marketing, lead generation, or any other commercial purposes outside of the immediate recruitment process for the stated position.
Data Privacy and Confidentiality: You agree to handle all candidate information in the strictest confidence and in full compliance with applicable data protection laws, including where applicable the UK GDPR. Any breach of these data usage terms may result in the immediate termination of your advertiser account and potential legal action.
Prohibitions: "Ghost" jobs, pyramid schemes, or roles requiring upfront fees from candidates are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any advertisement and deactivate your Advertiser Dashboard if it fails to meet our standards without a refund.
Employer Intellectual Property & Brand Usage (Job Advertisers)
Logo & Media License: By uploading a company logo, header image, or any other branded media into your Advertiser Dashboard and onto our Platforms, you grant Medical Jobs Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, use, and display these assets.
Scope of Use: This license is granted for the purpose of promoting your job advertisements and identifying your organisation as a registered user of our services. This includes displaying your branding on your specific job postings, within our "Featured Employers" or "Our Advertisers" directories, and in related search results across our Platforms.
Ownership & Authority: You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and sub-license the branding provided, and that its display on our Platforms does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Prohibition of Data Scraping and Automated Extraction
Automated Data Extraction: You are strictly prohibited from using, or permitting the use of, any automated systems, including but not limited to scrapers, crawlers, robots, spiders, or data-mining tools, to access, monitor, copy, or harvest any content or data from our Platforms without the prior express written consent of Medical Jobs Limited.
Commercial Use: This prohibition applies to both commercial and non-commercial purposes, including the extraction of our website text, Jobseeker Dashboard profiles, Advertiser Dashboard profiles, job advertisements, or platform metadata.
Permissions and Enquiries: If you wish to discuss a legitimate integration or seek permission for data access, please contact our technical team directly at [email protected]. Unauthorised access or scraping may lead to legal action.
System Integrity and Malicious Code
You are strictly prohibited from transmitting, introducing, or attempting to introduce any viruses, malware, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or any other material or code of a destructive, malicious, or technologically harmful nature designed to compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of our Platforms.
Enforcement: Any breach of this provision may constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Medical Jobs Limited will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Platforms will cease immediately, and we reserve the right to enforce an indemnity in respect of any losses, including technical recovery costs and legal fees, incurred as a result of your actions.
False or Misleading Content and Impersonation
False or Misleading Content: You must not post, upload, or distribute any information that is false, deceptive, inaccurate, or defamatory. This includes "ghost" job advertisements, fraudulent CVs/resumes, or content intended to mislead other users.
Impersonation: You must not impersonate any person, professional, or corporate entity. This includes misrepresenting your identity, your professional credentials, or your authority to act on behalf of an employer or organisation. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent profiles and deceptive job advertisements. We reserve the right to deactivate, suspend, or permanently terminate any Jobseeker and/or Advertiser accounts that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of these Terms with or without notice.
4. Fees, Payments, and Taxes
Advance Purchase Requirement: To publish a job advertisement on any of our Platforms, users must first purchase Job Ad Credits. We offer two payment methods: Credit/Debit Card or Pay via Invoice (Bank Transfer).
- Immediate Activation (Credit Card Payments): Ad credits purchased via credit are processed instantly. Upon successful authorisation, these ad credits will be added to your Advertiser Dashboard and made available for immediate use.
- Standard Activation (Invoice/Bank Transfer): If you select the "Pay via Invoice" option, your job ad will remain in draft status, and your ad credits will be added into your Advertiser Dashboard only after the full invoice amount has been received into the Medical Jobs Limited bank account. Please allow for standard, business day processing times for these transactions to be reflected in your advertiser account.
Taxes: All ad credit prices listed for UK advertisers exclude VAT. For advertisers outside of the UK no sales taxes apply.
Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by UK Consumer Law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

No part of our websites, including website content, job ad descriptions, advertiser and jobseeker dashboards, or database architecture, may be reproduced, redistributed, or "scraped" via automated or manual means without express written permission from Medical Jobs Limited.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge that all the content, branding, and software on our Medical Jobs Platforms are either the intellectual property of Medical Jobs Limited or are licensed to Medical Jobs Limited. Medical Jobs Platform names and symbols and other names of Medical Jobs Limited's products and/or services referenced herein are trade marks or registered trade marks of Medical Jobs Limited. Other product and company names that may be mentioned herein may be the trade marks of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Platforms without prior Medical Jobs Limited's written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Medical Jobs Limited provides the Platforms on an "as-is" basis;
- All implied warranties and representations are excluded;
- Medical Jobs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data arising from your use of our services and our Platforms; and
- The liability of Medical Jobs Limited will not in any instance exceed £1,000.
If and to the extent that consumer protection or other laws prohibit the exclusion of liability by Medical Jobs Limited, our liability will nevertheless be limited if and to the extent permissible under such laws.
You agree to fully indemnify Medical Jobs Limited and any related body corporate in respect of any loss sustained as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
